In Japan, there are very few public trash bins on the streets, so travelers may have difficulty finding a place to dispose of their trash.
Some convenience stores have trash bins, but they are generally intended for waste from products purchased at that store.
Please take your trash back to your hotel or dispose of it according to the rules of the store where you purchased the item.
Do not leave trash at tourist sites, on roads, or at bus stops.
